Once your item ships, delivery times vary by location—typically 5-7 business days within Canada and 7-16 days for cross-border or overseas orders. Full grain leather needs very little care. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to clean it, and keep it away from long soaks and direct heat. Every few months, or whenever it starts to look dry, rub in a thin layer of leather balm such as Smith's Leather Balm. Small scuffs and darkening are normal and become part of the patina.
